The Platform offered by Skims provides users with access to a range of online and mobile-based services designed to support browsing, shopping, and interacting with various features available through the Website and App. By entering or using any part of these digital spaces, you agree to follow the rules and expectations outlined in the applicable terms governing their use. If you choose not to accept these conditions, you should discontinue use of the Platform. Your engagement with the Platform also signifies your understanding that any disputes will be handled on an individual basis, and that you relinquish the ability to participate in group or class-based legal actions. These terms may be revised periodically, and such revisions will be reflected directly on the Platform. Any continued use after updates are posted indicates acceptance of the revised terms. The Company may, at its own discretion, alter, pause, or discontinue elements of the Platform or its services at any time without needing to provide advance notice.

Through the Platform, you can access and make use of a number of different functionalities. These include viewing and purchasing merchandise, creating or managing accounts, providing reviews, joining product waitlists, subscribing to messages or promotional emails, participating in various offers or events, completing surveys, and interacting with tools and features designed to improve your experience. When placing an order, all purchases depend on the availability of the items selected, and product pricing, discounts, and shipping-related costs may be updated at any time. Full payment is required at checkout. The Company reserves the right to cancel or decline orders, including in cases of pricing discrepancies, stock concerns, or behavior that suggests fraudulent intent. Estimated delivery timelines are provided to assist customers but are not guaranteed, and delays caused by logistics providers or external circumstances are not the responsibility of the Company. Once a package is handed over to the chosen carrier, the risk associated with its transport is transferred to you.

Any returns or exchanges are governed by the guidelines established in the Company’s Return Policy and are considered an extension of these Terms. The content featured across the Platform—including imagery, text, branding elements, and software—is protected by intellectual property laws, and users may not duplicate or otherwise make use of these materials without explicit approval from the Company. The Company’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service connected to the issue, and indirect or consequential damages are excluded where allowed under applicable law.

The Company has the authority to suspend or terminate your access if any part of these Terms is violated or for other reasons it deems appropriate. Upon termination, all permissions previously granted to you will immediately come to an end.

These Terms follow the laws of the State of California, disregarding any conflicting legal principles, and any legal actions must be pursued within California unless arbitration procedures apply. Along with the Privacy Policy and any other referenced guidelines, these Terms represent the full understanding between you and Skims Body, Inc. regarding your use of the Platform and replace any earlier agreements or communications related to it.
