At SKIMS, we prioritize delivering every order with accuracy, care, and efficiency, and we strive to create a shipping experience that feels dependable and straightforward for all customers. We provide a range of delivery options to accommodate different timelines and preferences, while continuing to offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Working alongside trusted carriers, we focus on ensuring that packages are transported securely, handled responsibly, and delivered within the expected time frame.

Within the United States, customers may choose from several shipping services based on how quickly they would like to receive their purchase. Economy Shipping generally arrives within four to seven business days and is carried out through USPS or UPS. Standard Shipping usually takes three to five business days and is also delivered through these major carriers. For those who need their items sooner, Express Shipping can be selected; when orders are placed before midday Eastern Time, they are processed the same day and typically delivered within two to three business days. Priority Shipping is the fastest option available, with estimated delivery in one to two business days for orders submitted before noon Eastern Time.

Before any shipment leaves our facility, each order goes through a processing period. Most orders require around two to three business days for preparation before they are ready to ship. During high-volume periods such as sales events and holidays, this timeframe may be extended slightly, though we work diligently to ensure that processing and dispatch occur as quickly as possible.

Certain destinations require special handling. Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes or military locations such as APO/FPO must be shipped using Economy Shipping, as these addresses are exclusively serviced by USPS. Deliveries to remote military bases or rural regions may also take longer due to regional logistics. To maintain proper tracking accuracy, SKIMS does not ship to freight forwarding services, and any orders placed with such addresses may be canceled.

After an order has been shipped, customers receive an email notification that includes tracking information. Tracking can also be accessed through the Order Confirmation page or by visiting the Account section for those who have registered on the SKIMS website. If an order is fulfilled in multiple boxes, each package will have its own tracking number, and separate emails will be issued.

If tracking records show no updates for more than five business days, customers are encouraged to reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance. Occasionally, carriers may scan a package as delivered before it has actually arrived, so we suggest checking around your home, including common areas, reception desks, or with neighbors. If the package is still missing after four business days, SKIMS Customer Service can help guide you through next steps.

Although we assist customers with locating lost shipments, SKIMS is not responsible for packages that carriers mark as delivered. Claims for lost or misdelivered packages must be submitted directly to the carrier. SKIMS does not replace or exchange items reported as lost or stolen; once a claim has been processed or resolved, customers may place a new order if they wish to repurchase the items.

Once an order is placed, modifying the delivery address is typically not possible because the fulfillment process begins immediately. After the order has shipped, customers may contact the carrier to request any changes or delivery adjustments. These carrier-initiated changes may affect arrival times and could result in extra fees, which the customer must cover.
